Hey y'all, I'm Ray, the owner and brewer of Good Buddies Brewing Co. I grew up right here in the heart of Kentucky, where family, friends, and a good pint of beer are the center of every gathering. What started as a hobby - brewing with my good buddies on Saturdays - has blossomed into a craft I pour my heart into.


At Good Buddies, every batch is a nod to those Kentucky roots - simple, honest, and made to be shared. We believe a good beer is more than just a drink; it's a reason to slow down, connect, and savor the moment. Good Buddies Brewing Co. is proud to announce that Lil Dank has earned the Bronze Medal in the India Pale Lager (IPL) category at the 2026 U.S. Open Beer Championship!

The U.S. Open Beer Championship is one of the premier competitions celebrating brewing excellence and is recognized as the third-largest beer competition in the United States. This year's event featured breweries from across the country and around the world—from Alaskan Brewing in Juneau, Alaska, to Damm Brewing in Barcelona, Spain—with entries competing in more than 180 beer categories and subcategories.

To have Lil Dank recognized among so many outstanding breweries is an incredible honor and a reflection of the passion and dedication that goes into every batch we brew!
